Great small property, easy to find food and coffee, high quality food at the coffee shop next door, good internet connection, good breakfast.
Very small rooms, not enough space for two persons to walk, small or no windows in most rooms, tired bathroom with rusty mirror and bad smell, unreliable wifi.

The hotel offers great value for money, especially considering its location in the center of the city's business district. The staff provides excellent service and the attention to detail is noticeable throughout. The rooms on the second floor are surprisingly spacious and comfortable, making it a pleasant stay.
All aspects of this hotel were up to par; nothing to improve.

the lobby area was also nicely decorated and welcoming. the location was very convenient and easy to find great food and coffee nearby. One of the best aspects was the helpfulness of the staff, who went out of their way to assist us in finding laundry service and a post office.
The wifi was a bit slow and unreliable, but this seemed to be a common issue throughout Sumatra. the bathroom was a little tired and had a slight odor from the drains, but this was just a minor inconvenience.

No major complaints, everything was satisfactory.
